Annual Japan Game Show is on its way. All the talented and ambitious games are being included by the Tokyo Game Show organizers CESA. Shigeru Miyamoto has been chosen as the first recipient of the prize. He was awarded as an individual who contributed to the development of the Japanese home-use video game console and software industry.

Certain games were also awarded for their amazing performance. Wii Fit and Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G received the Grand Award. Wii Fit also earned the best sales award. The Global Award went to Wii Play.  Awards of Excellence went to number of games but Wii Fit was at the top.

Little Big Planet will release on October 27 in North America. Sony has lost the market after delaying one game on its PS3. Little Big Planet has been announced first on the PS3 but the stock is not yet available. The game’s sites report that the game will release on November 14 in the rest of the world.

Meanwhile Nintendo will release new titles on Wii Music. It is also planning to produce categories for all ages on Wii Sports and Wii Fit. They know that balance board sold more than 500,000 units in the US in September so they are trying to make good titles for the most famous console.

Nintendo Conference in Japan broke all over the internet informing about the official unveiling of DSi in America. Nintendo’s American President Reggie Fils-Aime informed everyone openly. He talked how gamers can easily download games on to the flash memory attached into the DSi. The Nintendo’s own Brain age series will be included amongst the first games services called Nintendo DSi Shop.

Reggie informed that DSi is having the perfect multimedia feature as well as the world’s best camera or media player .It has the ability to perform real-time manipulation on the picture it takes along with a photo diary that can be used by other users too.  

Nintendo has announced a wide range of new features and games for North America. It is also planning to arrive in the market with an online chat on November 16 called Wii speak. Wii speak will be a special microphone attached on the top of the television for use. The price is $30 which includes a special code to allow owners to download and install the Wii Speak Channel. This allows owners to voice chat with up to four other channel users online.

However acceptance of code is necessary among users for chat discussion. Club Nintendo is also coming in North America. The members can fill various surveys as well as register their products for reward coins that can be exchanged for limited edition. US as well as Canada fans are waiting desperately for the same.

Nintendo Wii has introduced an exciting hero De Blob who plays with vibrant colours.

De Blob is having peculiar qualities like painting and absorbing colours. It can also roll over the objects and touch sides of buildings to paint the colour which was absorbed. De Blob can also create different music as well as can easily be controlled using the analog sticks on the Wii’s nunchuk controller. Sticks make him roll and flipping the Wii remote down makes him jump.

According to the surveys done by various research companies, De Blob is uncomfortable for the audience because the first part of the game is too easy and the second part is too tough. With a few changes in it, De Blob can be the top rated game for a wide audience.

It is very good to hear that now many parents are enrolling their children in fitness centers or purchasing equipments for workout. According to the survey made by International Health, Racquet and Sports club Association, 1.3 million children of 6 to 11 years were members of health clubs. However in April, mostly IHRSA member clubs surveyed maximum children are their members. 

The membership fee is $60 without a family discount. Children are interacting with other members too and agreeing that any fitness is better than nothing. The first choice for children is Wii Fit nowadays and not videogames.  Celia Kibler, founder of Funfit said that nowadays parents are busy working and don’t want their wards to go outside to play. However they are also conscious about the mental and physical growth of their kids.
